Free Seller Protection Recovery Review

Lost money after an eBay payment dispute?

We manually review whether there may be a legitimate appeal path after eBay Seller Protection was denied or not applied.

This pilot is for sellers who have already had money debited, not just placed on hold. We’re reviewing a limited number of cases.

You review, approve and submit any appeal. No eBay account connection is required for this manual review.

From a debit to a possible recovery path

  1. Tell us what happened

Share the basics of the payment dispute and the money debited. No documents are needed for this first step.

  2. We review the debit and decision

We check whether Seller Protection was denied or not applied, and whether further review may still be possible.

  3. We review the evidence

If we need more information, we’ll ask for relevant delivery or tracking evidence, your previous response and the eBay decision notice.

  4. We identify a possible recovery path

We assess whether the case appears ineligible, needs stronger evidence, or is a candidate for an appeal or further review. This is a manual assessment, not an eBay decision.

  5. If qualified, we prepare the case

We prepare a factual appeal or review package supported by the available evidence.

  6. You review and submit it

You approve the facts and submit the appeal to eBay yourself. You remain in control.

  7. We check the financial result

We follow up on the decision and check whether a correcting credit was actually issued. An appeal or a closed dispute alone does not prove money was recovered.

We have no verified real-money recovery cases yet. This pilot is testing whether this review process can lead to a correcting credit.

Request a Free Case Review

Share only the basics. You’ll review an email draft and send it from your own email account.

This request does not extend any eBay deadline. Keep checking your eBay messages and take any required action while waiting for a reply.

Do not include passwords, access tokens, card or bank details, buyer names, addresses or other buyer personal data. No uploads are needed. These fields stay in this page until you choose to copy them or open an email draft; the form does not submit them to our server. Read our privacy notice.

Initial case details — choose “Unsure” or leave optional fields blank if you don’t know.

Money already deducted, not just on hold. Use digits and an optional decimal point or comma.

The date eBay told you the outcome. Leave blank if unknown.

Up to 800 characters. Mention any appeal already made or known deadline. Leave out buyer personal data and full order or dispute IDs.

This prepares a draft only. You still need to send the email yourself.
